Hangsin has been focused on the production of gear motors and speed reducers for more than 10 years. We are a professional co***ny integrating R&D, design, manufacturing, sales and service. Our factory covers an area of 3,000m2, including a raw material warehouse, processing workshop, assembly workshop and finished product warehouse.
Hangsin owns and operates an extensive number of processing equipment, including a CNC turning center, CNC processing center, gear hobbing machine, gear grinding machine, universal gear measuring instrument, grinding miller, lathe, milling machine and more, so that we can manufacture and process the housings, gear boxes and rear motor covers ourselves.
To ensure the working performance of the speed reducer and the motor, the key parts such as gears, bearings, gear grease, brake, and more are purchased from high quality brand co***nies. For example, gears are from Dongguan Julun and bearings are from C&U Group.
All the parts are assembled by experienced workers to ensure that the speed reducer meets all parameters as designated by the design drawing. We can ship about 200 units per day because of their high proficiency.
